Six brands -- Ford, Chevy, Ram, Honda, Toyota, and Nissan -- comprise this year’s top ten best-selling models and have sold more than 4.3 million units alone. This is the sixth straight year U.S. deliveries have grown after hitting a 27-year low of 10.4 million in 2009.
