Prevent Lost Children

The Center to Prevent Lost Children
Quarterly Newsletter Spring 2007
Dear Friends,
I am delighted to announce the creation of The Center to Prevent Lost Children (CPLC).  While running Wander Wear, it became apparent that there is a real need for lost child prevention education and consulting.  While I adore the products we've developed at Wander Wear, my true passion lies with educating and creating programs to help disseminate "lost saving tips" and safety information to the public.  Therefore, I will be stepping aside from my CEO duties at Wander Wear so I can focus on CPLC's mission.  My new role will allow me to be more available to work directly with children, parents, grandparents, teachers, and other caregivers to teach them how to prevent a child from getting lost, and what to do when it happens.  I'll also be working with companies, government agencies, and civic organizations that want to sponsor seminars and other lost child prevention programs.  Working with these organizations, we can bring critical lost child prevention information to their customers, members, employees or constituencies.
Your continued support in referring us to organizations that may be interested in seminars or customized programs is greatly appreciated.  Please note that our next co-sponsored seminar is open to the public.  Click here or read below for more information on this April 12 seminar in Needham, MA.
Thank you also for helping spread the word by forwarding on this email and letting other people know about the free safety information we have on our new website:
Sincere regards,
Alyssa Dver
