 I had loads of family fun over the holiday's playing a new road trip game with my family. This new game would be tons of entertainment for game nights with friends. Easy to learn for kids, Chaotic Connections is highly addictive, we played non-stop all day on Christmas! If you love games with a revenge twist, you will LOVE this game.
Chaotic Connections is a board game, sent to me by the creator to test, that is packed with strategy, chance and competition. The object of the game is to be the first player to connect his or her 4 cities that were randomly dealt at the beginning of the game. By building roads from one city to the next, game players will battle wits to try and win the game.
 However, there are Curve Cards, Detours, and those sneaky little players that like to give you an additional city (or two!) to connect. You must also remember that all players building a road can use your road while attempting to connect their cities...so watch out! This may cause them to win the game! To boot...the opponent can break down your road and take all of your hard work away...and then throw in a Road Block for kicks.

 It's finally time to put a big bow on the Turtle Wax Summer of Pride Game, which ran from July - September here in the Ask Patty Nation. It took a little time, but our September winner is finally ready to be announced - and along with him, we're going to celebrate all three of our winners from the summer.
The Summer of Pride Game was a Flickr contest that ran all summer - you can still peruse all the entries in the group pool here.
 September's Winner: Jacob Humiston
Jacob takes pride in many things - his ride among them - but more importantly, WE take pride in HIM, in recognition of his service to the country. Thanks for your service, and for participating in our game, Jacob!
 August's Winner: Tim Osborne
Tim's Flickr moniker of "MustangMan2011" isn't accidental. Over the summer he sent us photos of several of his precious Ford Mustangs, and this series with the bright yellow new-style 'stang took the cake in August.
 July's Winner: Mike Brewer
Mike wowed us right away with some classic cars early on in the summer - and this beautiful red Impala was crowned our first winner of the year.
Thanks to everyone who participated, and of course to our good friends at Turtle Wax for helping us bring this contest to you. The Summer of Pride may be over, but remember Turtle Wax and Do Yourself Proud all year long (follow them on Twitter and Facebook too for cool updates) - another summer's coming just around the corner, and until then, the Ask Patty Nation will be rockin' all year long.

 It's been a great summer in the Ask Patty Nation, thanks in no small part to the good folks at Turtle Wax. The Summer of Pride contest is coming to a close today, but that doesn't mean it's too late for you to win! In July, we shared tips for the perfect Turtle Wax car wash. It's a great way to spend an afternoon, and will keep your ride sparkling for many summers to come.
 On the contest front, Mike Brewer wowed us in July with his beautiful red 1960 Impala.
In August, our tips and tricks turned to a place you may not think to use Turtle Wax products: the home. Kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and more - all can benefit from the protection and shine that Turtle Wax provides.
 Also in August, Tim Osborne showed us just how he earned his Flickr nickname: Mustang Man2011, and became our second, and penultimate, winner.
In September, we talked about preparing your car for the inevitable cooler temperatures of fall and winter, and the many Turtle Wax products that can help you keep rolling as the days grow shorter.
