October Doesn't Have to be Scary: Selling a USED Car
Have you decided that it’s time to part ways with your beloved (or not so beloved) used car?
Perhaps you're ready to get into something better or maybe you’re moving and you just can’t take it with you. Whatever your reason, there are a few things you’ll want to know as you’re getting ready to sell your car.
Start your research online and gather objective data about its value. Next you'll want to decide whether to trade your car in to a dealer or sell it to a private party. Finally, you'll want to gather all the important paperwork you need to make the sale, including maintenance records, warranty information, bill of sale, an “as is” statement, and a release of liability form.
Remember, you can easily ruin your chances for success if you post scary photos of your car. It doesn't matter how great your car actually looks in real life, if you want to attract a buyer for your car, you need to ensure your photos look great. Be mindful when posting photos of your car, and if you need guidance, check out our blog on how NOT to sell your car!
