Celebrity Cars: On the Star-Studded Red Carpet at Captain America Premiere
"Captain America: The Winter Soldier" premiered in Los Angeles on March 13, 2014. It was released internationally on March 26, 2014, and in North America on April 4, 2014. According to ABC news, its record-breaking $92 million weekend debut has earned the film entry to a very exclusive club: movie sequels that outdid their originals.
Not only did "Winter Soldier" outperform "Captain America: The First Avenger," which earned $65 million domestically in its first three days out, but the sequel scored the biggest April opening of all time, according to the L.A. Times, earning a worldwide total to date of $303.3 million.

The film was produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, which also released the original "Captain America: The First Avenger" in 2011.
At the World Premiere in Hollywood’s El Capitan Theatre, Chris Evans -- who stars as the character of Captain America -- arrived in a 2015 Chevy Tahoe while Scarlett Johansson -- who stars as the character Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow -- arrived in a Chevrolet Volt.
Also on the red carpet to celebrate the latest film interpretation of the Marvel Comics “Captain America” series were co-stars Samuel L. Jackson, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Emily Van Camp, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Maximiliano Hernandez, Georges St-Pierre, and Callan Mulvey.

According to Wikipedia "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" is a 2014 American superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics character Captain America, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is the sequel to 2011's "Captain America: The First Avenger" and is the ninth installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” finds Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off assailants sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy—the Winter Soldier.
The film was directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, with a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, and stars Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Emily VanCamp, Hayley Atwell, Robert Redford, and Samuel L. Jackson.
A sequel set to be directed by the Russo brothers is scheduled for release on May 6, 2016.
