Ford's Blue Oval Glows Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness
On the eve of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Thursday, September 30, Ford will transform its World Headquarters to glow pink for two nights in honor of all those who have been affected by the disease. As a 16-year supporter of the cause, this is not the first time Ford has turned its headquarters pink.
As the sun goes down in Dearborn, Michigan breast cancer survivors, along with John Felice, General Marketing manager, Ford Motor Company, will flip the switch to make it happen. Hundreds of people wearing pink and touched by breast cancer - including survivors, employees, retirees, and dealers will be on hand to show their support. The Warriors in Pink drum corp will provide the musical backdrop for this ongoing battle.
