Chevrolet Engineers Show That Quality Control Can Be Fun

Department180-beetagg Chevrolet  is launching a new web series featuring their quality control engineers from Department 180. The short clip shows the real engineers seemingly having a blast freezing, heating, crashing cars, and performance testing their products.

Those wacky Chevrolet  engineers even throw in a few fake tests just for fun. (What ARE the ping pong balls for, anyhow?) If you think those big-brained technical engineers have boring jobs, you'll have a different opinion after watching this video!

Apparently, there is also a secret code at the end, and if you download a photo of the Chevy beetagg (see the photo at the top)  using your mobile device, you can be privy to a secret message. I can't tell you what it is, because my LG Envy mobile phone is not compatible. Please let us know if you are able to make it work!

Thanks to Joe Muraglia from Gaywheels.com  for sharing this with us this morning.

chery does not at all sound like chevy in Chinese. In fact, no one in China calls chevy 'chevy' it is a three syllable phrase for chevrolet that roughly translates to 'snow fortune coming' and sounds like 'shufulai'. while 'chery' in chinese sounds like 'chee ray'.
